Lineage
U.S.S. Enterprise (NCC-1701) is the most famous Constitution-class vessel. In FASA and expanded-universe timelines, the class began entering service around the end of or immediately after the Four Years War — a shift from wartime specialization back toward balanced exploration and combat capability.
