The Four Years War begins in 2241. Prelude to Axanar frames it as a Memory Alpha Historic Society documentary opening on stardate 2241.03 at Archanis IV — the first civilian city reduced to rubble by Klingon disruptors. It is the narrative spine of the Axanar productions.
