Official sequel to Prelude to Axanar — Garth of Izar and the USS Ares return as the Four Years War documentary enters its next chapter. Principal photography complete; final sound mix and premiere plans underway.

The companion episode authorized alongside The Gathering Storm — the second half of the reformatted Axanar release, continuing the Society's Four Years War documentary after the 2017 settlement.

Originally envisioned as a full-length narrative film, Axanar was reformatted into two fifteen-minute episodes after the CBS settlement. Years of studio builds, principal photography across Atlanta and Los Angeles, and volunteer post-production — the long road from Kickstarter to premiere.

Presented by the United Federation of Planets Historical Society in association with Memory Alpha — Garth of Izar, the Battle of Axanar, and the twenty-one-minute transmission that proved fan cinema could command studio-scale support.
