Axanar Platform Status
Brand and product focus shifted: Axanar On Demand leads the public site (homepage + /watch) with “Stream or Download for FREE – Proof we deliver.” Seven free films stream and download after a simple email unlock (display name optional later). Battle for Axanar / VIP is secondary—pricing only on vip.axanar.com—so the campaign doesn’t look cheap on axanar.com. Donate page grays unavailable multi-tier VIP packs; larger direct gifts to Axanar go to Alec via inquiry form. Signed-in members skip the free-pass gate. Donor legacy package recovery (894 restores) remains shipped; residual multi-email cases still open.

Legacy portal package recovery
Hundreds of supporter accounts had package rows on the old donor portal that never became live pledges. We bulk-imported those package histories into the current platform (idempotent restore from legacy package tables). Live pledge count rose accordingly. History is still limited to original Kickstarter/Indiegogo package exports plus that portal—other channels or emails may need a quick support conversation.

Open, collaborative emails to supporters whose accounts are still incomplete—inviting other emails, dates, amounts, and receipts. Staff is matching replies against multi-year campaign data; no blame, just recovery.

Shipping address reliability
Root cause: perk shipping surveys saved addresses on survey nodes while Account → Contact only read donor_profile (~12 profiles filled vs ~284 surveys). Fix: dual-write survey→profile, hydrate GET /api/donor/me from latest survey, clearer save success UI, and one-shot drush axanar:promote-survey-addresses backfilled 224 empty profiles (0 remaining candidates). Please re-check Portal → Account → Contact & shipping; use Me too on this page if it still fails.
