The Volunteer Corp

Today is a good day to die.

(Just kidding — but our volunteers are honorable, even for smoothheads.)

Memory Alpha Historic Society maintains the Volunteer Corp release process for Axanar Productions. Download the forms below, sign them, and return scanned copies so production can welcome you aboard.

Before you report for duty

Please download, print, sign, scan, and email the first three forms to volunteers@axanar.com before your first on-set volunteer day.

NDA Form

Loose lips sink ships.

We ask that all volunteers sign our non-disclosure agreement. The first rule of Volunteer Corp is that we don't talk about Volunteer Corp. We know that our volunteers work hard and play hard. This is a big project that a lot of people are invested in, so please don't spoil it for anyone.

Production Area Release

Running a starship requires dedication. Wear a red shirt.

There are ample opportunities for our beloved Volunteer Corp to assist the production team on set. We just don't want anyone to get hurt — in case there's an EPS conduit that blows out or a bulkhead that falls from the ceiling. No need to wear a red shirt; just sign this form if you want to be part of the away team, concierge, or security team on-set.

Video Release Form

You might be on the viewscreen.

This is a friendly heads up from the filmmakers at the Memory Alpha Historic Society that any and all volunteers could show up in materials related to the story of Axanar, The Four Years War, and Prelude to Axanar.

Artist Certificate of Authorship

We encourage volunteer artists to contribute.

If you're interested in contributing to our extremely talented team of artists, please inquire within. We've included an artist Certificate of Authorship contract below for interested parties. Inquiries are welcome — contact us and we'll ask for a signed authorship agreement as well as our general NDA. Artists will be reviewed and, if needed, assigned to specific projects based on talent.
