By September 2026 the unification host is live: donor merge complete, commerce wired, VIP memberships live, wiki and video chronicle indexed, and executive admin UX streamlined for Alec's team.

Production topology on the 1984.hosting VPS in Iceland (185.112.144.130, SSH axanar-1984):

  • cms.axanar.com — Drupal 11: donor CRM, Commerce + PayPal, fulfillment, messages, Gmail sync, YouTube cron, admin desks
  • beta.axanar.com — Next.js 15: public site + /portal + ISR revalidation
  • Postgres 17 + Redis — local Compose services, not a rented DBaaS
  • media.axanar.com — Caddy file server from /var/lib/axanar-media on this disk

We left Fly.io. Video and stills do not go through a Tigris bucket. Alec writes Captain's Log as Drupal articles; this Engineer's Log is the lesser technical series beside it.

Public URLs today: https://beta.axanar.com and https://cms.axanar.com. Apex axanar.com still waits on the WordPress DNS cutover.
