DNS cutover → cancel Lovable → +30d Supabase → +30d GoDaddy — target savings ~$172/mo before premiere week.

This is the runbook we are executing now — Phase 5: Sundown (June–July 2026):

  1. DNS cutover — axanar.com → Fly (Cloudflare TTL 300); set NEXT_PUBLIC_BASE_URL=https://axanar.com
  2. Cancel Lovable at donor cutover — axanardonors.com 301s to /portal
  3. +30 days stable — cancel Supabase after Drupal validation; remove SUPABASE_* secrets
  4. +30 days DNS stable — cancel GoDaddy Launch; keep Tigris archive of cold WP media
  5. Resend + Google Cloud — transactional mail and OAuth under axanartech@gmail.com (see services handover workbook)

Expected savings: ~$172/mo (~$2,064/yr) versus the overlap stack. More importantly, premiere week (Jul 26, 2026) gets one site, one login, one donor brain — not three fragile portals.

What to do as a donor today:

This eight-part series is the engineering story behind that cutover. The full personnel dossier and site-operations fund live on the Engineer's Log hub. Questions: axanartech@gmail.com.

End of series — Captain Q'Berry, USS Enyo (NCC-1666)

Engineer's Log — Unification series (Part 8 of 8)
