When the Klingon High Chancellor grew tired of diplomacy, the bad blood between humans and Klingons meant that leading the peace delegations fell to Vulcan. Ambassador Soval's record is blunt: regrettably, Vulcan failed.
The Axanar productions also staged Soval with Minister T'Lera on Vulcan (see The Vulcan Scene). Unique stills from that sequence sit in the wiki-unique Soval package.
