On these cards it is a unisex crew blank (Gildan Softstyle on the Four Years War listing): lightweight cotton for solid colors, cotton/poly for heathers, crew neck, tear-away label. Fleet-mark tees share that blank; the print is the fleet or production mark, not a different cut.
How are the shirts printed?
