Biography
Samuel Travis was one of Starfleet's most senior and respected captains during the Four Years War. He commanded the U.S.S. Hercules, an Ares-class battlecruiser, and maintained a steady, imposing presence within Ramirez's circle of battle-tested commanders.
Despite his seniority, Travis held Garth of Izar in high regard — reviewing the young captain's Axanar battle plan with frank skepticism before backing the strategy that ended the war.
